Structure & Governance

From Strategy to Results,
One Integrated System.

The DX Initiative Office operates a university-wide governance framework
for digital transformation.
We manage the full cycle of strategy, execution, and impact,
partnering with academic and administrative units and external experts
to deliver measurable DX outcomes.

DX Strategic Plan & Roadmap

We set the university-wide DX vision, goals, and multi-year roadmap. Detailed action plans cover education, research, industry collaboration, global engagement, and administration. Each annual initiative is managed to keep the roadmap on track.

DX Task Force

A cross-functional task force identifies DX initiatives and sets priorities with units across the university. Regular meetings track progress, resolve issues, and bring stakeholders together on cross-departmental work.

DX Advisory Board

Our advisory board brings internal and external experts together to review the university's DX strategy. Drawing on the latest trends in industry, academia, and research institutions, the board helps shape the direction of the university's DX.

Impact Measurement & Scaling

We systematically measure and analyze DX outcomes. We track data-driven KPIs through the IR Center and identify best practices to scale across the university.
